At Norvane, we do our best to make every order feel special from the moment it is placed until it arrives at your door.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

If your order includes a personalized engraving, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for personalization before shipment.

Shipping Times

Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days

Priority Insured Shipping: 5–8 business days

Due to high demand, some orders may take slightly longer than the estimated delivery time. Shipping times may also vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, local postal services, or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders for a limited time.

At checkout, you may also choose Priority Insured Shipping for faster processing and additional package protection.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping details are correct before placing your order.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at info@norvanegifts.com. We can only update your address before the order has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed, please allow a few extra business days, as tracking updates can sometimes be delayed.

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days after shipment, please contact us at info@norvanegifts.com and we will help investigate the issue.

Priority Insured Shipping

If you selected Priority Insured Shipping and your package is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will arrange a suitable replacement or solution.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
